Update on puppies

Well I think that we are getting ready for the pups to come. This is the cage for the puppies to live in for the first little bit of their lives. We found out that she is going to be having four puppies so this will be great for them.

Spike wouldn't leave us alone...he wanted his pic taken too. So you can see him in the corner of this one trying to be so cute and pose for the camera.

Twilight Movie night...

I know that this is kind of late, but me and my friend from work...Karlee...went to walmart on the night that they released the Twilight movie. We had a blast asking people to take pic's of us in all the steps of getting the movie.

This is us in front of the party place at walmart. They had t-shirts and books and other junk for Twilight.

And then we had to get a ticket so that we were guaranteed the special edition of Twilight. And it was only a dollar more to get the special edition, so we totally did it.

And finally we had our purchase in hand...headed home with Edward in hand.

Trip to the Farm...

We made the trip to the farm a couple of weekends ago and my dogs absolutely loved it. The weather was great so we worked outside pretty much the whole time. I didn't take as many pics as I would have liked to, but here is what I captured.

Dallie is in love with this chair...it is just her size.

Roonie is helping fix the semi truck but had to take a rest on some coverall's. He thinks that he is such a big helper.

Dallie and Roonie love to go for a ride in the bomber farm truck. More than going for a ride, they love to hang their heads out the window to look at everything going by.

And then here I am down in the south forty furrowing the field. I had 20 acres to finish all in one day. I did get it done, but the sun was almost down.

Update...kind of

I know that I haven't had any new pics up for a week or so, but I have been busy with school and work and life in general. Dallie is getting so fat and sleeping alot so that she will be ready to have her puppies. We bought a whelping cage for her to have her puppies in and to keep the puppies contained when they get here. We were worried about how small she was and maybe having complications during labor, so the vet behind our house took an x-ray of her tummy and found out that she is going to have 4 puppies. I can't believe it...we were guessing about 2, but we were definatley wrong. So she was up all night last night sick, so I think we will have puppies before the end of the week. I'll keep ya posted. Oh and Guy got called as the teachers advisor so now we both have callings that will keep us busy for sure. Guy is excited because he wanted to help with the pioneer trek this summer, so it's a done deal for sure now.

So I don't have any pictures, but we did make corned beef and cabbage to celebrate today. Actually we made it on Sunday because we didn't think we would have enough time to do it today...which was right. Anyway...that's about all I have to share...

After the race...

So after the race, we headed back to St. George but first we had to stop at the Moapa Valley of Fire gas station that sells fire works. And of course why would they being selling them if we didn't buy them. Yeah...Guy had to buy a bunch, but I do have to say that he hasn't even set them off. But that's okay...doesn't hurt my feelings any. Then we were off to St. George for reals...when we got there, we dropped by and picked Jessica up for a late night out for breakfast at Denny's. We were so hyper and insane...here is one of the pic's from the night. I'm not exactly sure what we were doing, but silly non the less.

Nascar in Vegas...

Getting all decked out in our favorite driver's gear. Guy's mom bought him the jacket for Christmas, and I bought him the t-shirt for his b-day. Only thing left was to get to the race.

I think that the big trucks are Guy's favorite part...last year we got to walk around them and see them close up. But this year a picture from afar will have to do.

And then we finally arrived and had a blast. The sun was great and so was the race. Fun weekend...

Guitar Hero night...

So I can't remember if I said or not, but I got Guy guitar hero for Christmas and he loved it. We played alot when we first got it, but since then, it is pretty much non existant. So now that it is Spring Break week, we broke it out and had a session and I do have to say that we were kind of rusty.

And of course front and center is Spike like always...he thinks that he is such a big helper. The concentration on their faces says it all...

Don't lie...you were thinking that I was going to announce that I was pregnant and show belly pics of myself, but since that is not the case then I will show pics of my dog. Actually Dallie is the one who is expecting...so since we treat our dogs like they are our kids, then I guess that we are officially expecting grandparents...maybe. Regardless, we are excited for Dallie to have her puppies. She is due at the end of the month, so I wanted to post pics now and I will post more as she gets fatter...ummm...cuter.

Spike wanted me to take pics of him too since he was the one responsible for the baby puppies to be. So he got to be in one of them. Silly dog...
